Default Need help estimating damage

OK, so i wrecked my truck on 9/11/03. Of all the days!!! I was being stupid with it and lost control and hit a tree. IM PAYING FOR IT NOW. Been without it for 6 months on 3/11. I bent the front crossmember and the driverside frame end. All the damage is in front of the axle so thats good. But I need help estimating how much it will cost just to get the frame straightened. Im thinking about $2000-$2500. I would appreciate any help!!!
Thanks
David

Ouch! Can you just have your insurance adjuster come out and take a look at it. Or are you wanting to keep insurance out of this so your rates don't go up?
It looks like it tweaked things pretty badly. Did it twist the way the engine sits now too: it looks like it pushed that left side of the frame rail back pretty far...

Nah, the left frame rail looks fine. Its just the right side. The engine also looks fine, but with my luck...
Its only bent in front of the axle. Just need to bend it back so the radiator support lines up right.
Any price quotes?

I dunno about just the frame, but for the whole front end to be fixed from a crash like that, you're looking at an estimate of about $8-10k. If you want I can post a pic of my truck when it was wrecked for reference but it had hardly any frame damage whatsoever and it was $8k to repair.

the frt crossmember is replaceable
the part is 61.00 and 3 hours to weld in
the left frame rail is pretty far back
what does the frame rail look like in back of the sway bar ?
It will def need pulled
Frame time would be around 2 hrs to set it up and
6 hours to pull it
Figure 50 - 60 bucks an hour

Yeah post your pic Low2000, but 8K???
I just need to get a new front (bumper, grill etc...) Driver side fender and hood. Also radiator and a/c core. Im also buying the parts myself from wholesale wherehouse. Not letting the body shop buy the parts. If you want I can post a pic of the truck far back so you can see the whole picture

The only thing I would be concerned about
it the left frame rail - from the crossmember back
might want to crawl under there
and check it for in kinks from the swaybar back
