Are the H2 gauges a direct swap into my silverado like the escalade and Denali gauges? And if not what needs to be done to put them in? Thanks in advance.

How did I get that? Well you take a Hummer H2 White faced full cluster:


Buy a Platinum Escalade Front Bezel with chrome rings:


So in this picture you can see the only differences between a H2 cluster and a regular truck / escalade cluster is just that front bezel part:

its a platinum escalade bezel, currently in backorder everywhere. but some socal dealerships have them in stock. it retails for 150$ but I got mine back when they first came out for 50$. But now that they are in backordered everywhere expect to pay 150$.

 

will this conversion work on a 01 silverado?

 

no sorry bro, the best I can think of for a 01 is a 02 escalade white faced gauge cluster.

 

Do you have the part numbers for these two items. This would be extremely helpful.

So what you are saying is that Phantom cluster is sold at the dealership for the Escalade? Also can you just put something like this over top of the factory 2003 Silverado cluster? I have never seen that before. What would it look like over other clusters?

 

Sorry bro, I dont have the part numbers dealerships dont let you know the number they just order it. So I called up told them what I wanted and they made it happen.

Phantom? Sorry dude that cluster is REAL, its in my truck right now. In fact I took a picture of it now.



As for the bezel it will fit on top of your cluster. But its in backorder everywhere as I said. Only a few socal dealerships have them in stock. What it will look like I dont know. But my cluster is the combo of a hummer h2 cluter and a plat. escalade bezel. As far as I know I am the only one who has done this.
