Since theres mostly chevy trucks on this site i thought id make my own dodge thread with updates on the stuff i do till i get it done . Its a 2002 Dodge Ram 2wd Quad Cab with a 4.7 and 137k miles. I bought it right before thanksgiving. Heres the mod list when i bought it

Leveling kit
Hankook 35's on stock wheels
Tinted tail lights
Step bars
Tinted windows (legal)
Flowmaster in place of stock muffler

Ive taken the 35's off the truck and put stock 245/70s on it, stripped the legal tint off and put 18% on, 6000k HIDs, and removed the step bars. I orderd a mcGaughys 2/4 lowering spring kit that should hopefully be put on next weekend.

i would like to fix up a dodge myself one day.

 

Guess theres not too much intrest in dodges on here lol. I wanted to get a chevy truck but couldnt pass up this deal.

 

Lookin' Good! These trucks look awesome slammed. I would go more than the 2/4 drop but that is my opinion and I MIGHT be a little bias. I bet it will look good with the 2/4 too though!

 

personally I think Dodge makes a good looking truck.

 

i think Dodges look good lowered on the factory 20s, i dont know if i have ever seen one lowered on factory 17s though

 

x2.. lowered.. on factory 20's.. the sharp edged ones.

 

Itll be on 17s till i get the money for the SRT-10 wheels. I amy put some differnt factory 20s on it like the 5 spokes cause i know where i can get a set if the tires are good. Im excited to get my lowering kit on Im currently working on swapping the front bumper to an all black bumper and soon after ill swap the back to an all black one

 

yeah, there's not a whole lot of activity from the dodge camp on here. i haven't really found an active dodge forum yet. still, it's good to see another dodge on here. i think it'll look great with the 2/4 drop and all blacked out. i'm hoping to put a 2/4 drop on my ram soon. if your still set on the viper rims, check out vtcoa.com, there's usually a set on there every now and then. good luck on the drop and mods.

 

Lol im with ya on the active dodge forum. I got on srt10forum and ramforumz but theres only like 5-6 main people that post on there. Im always on ls1tech so im sure ill be farely active on here. I thought about the 4/6 but i wana wait till i see how it looks with the 22's on it. Thanks ill check out that site and keep an eye out.
