The cut out looks the best imo, but the lay overs don't look bad.. Go on ebay and search for them..

ebay, look for member grille4u i believe, he has some bolt over ones

mangled03gmc man u have a sweet lookin Gmc. I like the clean simple kinda factory look u have goin on it!! As for the billets u can get the ones that u cut out the factory black plastic and bolt inside the grill. I just installed one in my brothers 2002 silvy. Very easy to do and looks way better than the bolt over ones. We got it off ebay, cost around 50 or so. We both were happy with the look and price.

Thanks man..

As for my grille it is also off ebay.. Picked it up for 100, came with the grille, a bumper billet section( I did not put in. Over done looking IMO) and the part at the air damn, kinda hides the IC It is all polished stainless also.. Def give the bay a shot..
