Hey guys,


I'm hopefully going this weekend to pick up my new rcsb!!!! It's a white 06 btw... and it only has 47k on it!

Seeing as the 4.8 and 60e will be shortly lived I want to go ahead and get most of the exterior stuff done on the truck first so I can get back to pouring money out on my Turbo motor.

This is what I have so far and I would like a little input on this list to see if there is anything you guys would change.

DJM 4-6 kit
Nitto invo 245/45/20 front tires
Nitto invo 315/35/20 rears
Factory reproductions SSS 20's (rears widened to 11")
And a good mark steel roll pan

That's all I'm going to do right now, I will be a few other little things but this is the majority of stuff I have to buy.

So far it sounds good, but it's tough to help without knowing what it looks like. Paint to match mirror covers, door and tailgate handles if it doesn't have it.

That's only thing I got right now. I'm gonna try my best to get off early today to get the papers signed so i can go get Saturday.


I will keep the 4.8 in it till I can get the Turbo 427 done.

So from what I see now, just remoe the tacky stuff like the bed rails, painted window visors, chrome stick on gas cap. With your plans and those mentioned, it should be looking pretty good.

 

That's plan! I think I might fully colormtch the front bumper and lower valance but I'm not sure yet I kinda want a ss bumper.

I for sure am changing the interior color, it's kinda funny when I bought my HD that was the only thing I cared about it could not be white and could not have tan interior... now look at me!

One plus is it already has a shaved gate so that's preaty cool.

How do guys think black/flat black SSS wheels would look?

I am just a bit curious if i will have rubbing issues in the back with a 315 on a 4/6 drop. I don't think I would a problem but if anybody can give a little insight on that I would greatly appreciate that!
