A 265/35/22 is definitely the best tire choice. Offset/backspacing will depend on the width of the wheel though, do you have any in mind?

All that i have looked at are 9 1/2" wide, I like those Boss 313's they come with 40mm offset, some others only offer 18mm offset. Just need a little direction..

Ok whats the diffrence between backspacing and offset? One website list a 22 x 9 1/2 with +20mm offset and 6.0 backspacing. Would this work?

i think you are going to need a 6.5 inch backspacing on a 9.5 inch wheel 6 inches on 9 inch wheel, 5.5 on a 8.5 inch wheels and so on and so forth i think

The above are close, and you might be able to get away with them, but add .5" backspacing to all of them and you shouldn't have to worry about clearance issues. For a 22x9.5, 6.5 backspacing would be close, probably have to roll the rear fender lips.

Check out this site, it tells you a lot of things such as backspacing/offset. http://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html

go with the +40 or +20 offset. I have 20mm and they tuck but rub, but thats when I drop it down. I ran a 4/6 for a while and 20mm offset with no problems but I had to trim my fender lips

Im thinking about going with a Driv Moonshadow wheel that is 22x9.5 w/ 30mm offset and 6.5 back spacing. But do i have to stick with the 265-35-22 tire or can i go wider?
