This is a very good question. I just put them on and really have yet to see if I can see through them good yet or not. But knowing state troopers in TX....it will be a problem.

Not a fan of the badge though. Otherwise truck looks real nice.

 

I think it all depends on how dark you get them. They may pull you over stating that the brake lights aren't that visible. But, other than that, you shouldn't have an issue.
