As for comparing HEMI gearing against a Titan - I would trade the running gear any day. The Titans have DEEEEP gearing which is why they run high (low numerically) rear axles. True the HEMI may run a 3.92 but that is with 20's and here is the gearing - 1st 3.00-1, 2nd 1.65 or 1.50-1 depending on situation, 3rd 1.00 (already) 4th .075 OD, 5th .069 OD. So you see we are basically a 3 speed with two OD's (have two 2nds but only can use one at a time). Not really condusive to acceleration.
The Titan doesn't reach 1.00-1 until 4th gear so it is a 4 speed with one OD.
That is what makes them run as well as they do. They would fall flat on their face with HEMI gearing.
Perfect scenerio is a hemi or 5.3 with Titan running gear with the lighter Chevy RCRB. Hope no one is offended, but the GM boys need to work on the Chevy looks. A little boxy and awkward looking. Chevy has traditionally been the best looker out there for years but I guess it is all about function over style now a day. I believe even some of the hardies Chevy faithful will agree.
The Titan is love or hate it. The HEMI Ram may be a looker but she is HEAVY!.

5.3 rcsb's can run low 15's stock. very few in the high 14's.
j-ville, when my truck had airaid intake, hypertech, flowmaster, 3.42's one wheel, it ran 14.65@94. but then again i've seen some run 16's.
are you going to the track this weekend? see you there if you do.

i personally dont like the look of the dodges, i dont know why but i havnt learned to like it yet. It looks disproprtional to me the big grille the small headlights i dont know what it is you said the hemi is a looker for some people, the new dodges some look ok but some looks like it has a dog nose or something close to that, if i was buying a truck for looks i would still go with chevy because of the mean look when you put a 3" lift and some beefy tires with a bull bar.
