Okay cool. That gives me somewhat of a starting point at least. I've been on Garretts website all damn morning looking through all kinds of crap trying to find something similar.

In general, look at compressor inducer size and exhaust inducer size.

Oh and for the front diff it helps if you jack the front end up, turn the steering wheel all the way one way, loosen the bolts and slide it down some, then turn the steering wheel all the way the other way and it slides right out.

Haha yeah I finally figured that out when pulling it. Getting it back in the truck was easier than I expected once I got the right angle of the dangle.

Looking like either a GT4708 or 4708R is going to be the closest thing to the s480 in the configuration that I had picked out to run initially. 80/108mm ind/exd, 93mm wheel and a 1.23 or 1.39 a/r. Only difference between the 4708 and R version that I can tell is the R is ball bearing vs journal bearing for the standard 4708.
