Well my 72's are pretty much maxed on gas so I doubt 130's will be enough an e85 for more.

based on your trap you'd be fine with the 1000cc's on E85. But for the headroom and growth go bigger.

Noticed a couple small drops of oil on the garage floor near the expected location of the engine/trans interface, haven't been under it yet...suspect oil blowing past rear main seal at high boost 22 psi. Thinking my pcv setup is ineffective at this level and need to go GeorgeC style, venting both VC directly to atmosphere with big lines. I need to do a search as see how Atomic did his.

Thats now known as GeorgeC style?

I had a breather on the pass side oil cap, PCV running from the PS valve cover to a T that connected to the valley cover. I drilled and tapped a 3/8" fitting there. Then the other side of the T to a vented catch can. I drilled out the DS valve cover PCV to 3/8" and added a second hole as well then Td together to the other side of the PCV.

A better way to do it would be with aftermarket valve covers that have 1" ports to vented can(s). If you dont use a can you will have oil mist go out of the filter.

Valley cover vented with -6
-10 or -12 off each cover into breather/catch cans and be done with it

Or spend good money and do a vacuum pump setup

More boost more venting and stock pcv lines arent large enough

I'm gonna see if I can get -12 bungs welded to the valve covers. Would I be okay venting both sides into 1 catch can or should I do 1 can per side?

My first setup was 3 into 1
Now i run 2 catch cans and valley vented under truck

Just make the single catch can large enough and youll be fine

If you can get the big lines off the valvecovers, skip the valley cover and potential trouble with it puking oil.

I run a -12 out of each valve cover to catch cans.

They've got screw on fittings that go into the oil fill hole which are -10 for $35

I'm already getting annoyed with this thing..sick of spending more and more money.
