Don't think I ever mentioned it, But yeah its a jackshaft.

I just came from my garage from working on it changed the water pump with one out of a 2010 Silverado just like yours looks to be but for some reason the HD tensioner I been having for 5 years now didn't work, I previously had it on a 2010 Camaro water pump and it lined up perfectly now it just way to back.

If its a camaro water pump, tensioner, and blower it should all line up OK.

I used a 2007+ water pump. I have a funny mix of parts but made it all work. I wouldnt be able to use camaro accessories with my steering parts

I had the Camaro water pump, well I have both the Camaro 2010 and out of a Silverado 2010. I want to put the one from the Silverado but I need a spacer to line up the tensioner with the actual waterpump pulley, I just got out the phone with joe at leftcoast 32 he said I need spacers that a way the HD tensioner he sold me can line up with the waterpump.

Quick update... had the truck out last weekend and on a hot start i had issues with REP. Had to clear codes and unplug everything, let it cool, and everything was fine. My best guess is its the TB right now... ******* TPIS is a pain in the **** with these gen III PCM's. It blows me away that someone doesnt make a good consistent option. Makes me think long and hard about the DBC swap. Not to mention the resolution improvements in the VE table when you go 3 bar.
Was fun while it was working though...

Idle tuning on a DBW is soooo much better/easier though.

You have the older x-link, think it may have something to do with that?

Are you running OD cog setup? I have that sameblower on the SS, thought about putting it on tbss but you have pull blower to change rear cog belt. Can you swap pulleys and change the belt with blower still attached?

The HD tensioner on the left pulls up or down i cant tell?

I wish the new DI trucks had a JS setup available, for now just a 1:1 drive 1900 and hopefully swapping with new 2300, leftcoast32 can get me setup soon.

I know...

But I took one look at the 3 bar OS for my PCM and saif F*CK that. Horrible.

I thought that at first too... but it seems odd its worked so flawlessly for so long and now that I install a TB with a known issue problems arise shortly there after. I'm swapping TB's one of the next few nights and that will help me pinpoint it.

the 102 has been anything but a walk in the park anyway... Sad it doesnt work, but not unhappy to take it off.

Unfortunately I think there is a lot of power left on the table with the larger flapper.

Yes its OD. Not sure if i can swap pulley's with the blower on. I haven't had to do that yet. Looks like there would be enough room, but it will be a PITA.
My tensioner pulls up in between an idler and the balancer. Almost a double pull... the idler isnt quite low enough to accomplish that but its close.

I agree the new trucks should be a JS blower. Pulley location lends itself toward that anyway. They look horrible as they are IMO.
