Exact reason I started with a 14bolt to begin with! Glad my old injectors have a happy home! That intake setup looks suspiciously familiar...

yep.. 3.08s in third with a 28" tire not factoring in converter slip 6500rpms =175mph

7200 for 175 with 3.42s not factoring converter slip with 28" tire

If you go 3.42s, your gonna need 30" tire or better and lock the TC. 6700rpms= 175 with the TC locked

Same reason why I sold my last truck!! I had a few problems especially with the tuning and I basically gave up. Its good to see it running right. I hope my latest project has the same outcome. Hows my fuel cell??

Is that your old intake? Did Jake buy it from you?

I was close, had someone give me an offer that was hard to refuse considering my level of frustration.

Yeah forgot to mention that I plan on getting some normal size tires again. I've never liked these rubber bands anyways.

Fuel cell's doing great! Had to pull it out three times in one week while I was upgrading to bigger fuel pumps and it wasn't the easiest thing in the world but it was pretty damn easy considering what the alternative used to be.
Only thing I would of changed in our designs was to add taller baffles, much taller. When the tank is below a 1/4 tank and I take a hard corner the engine will cut-out from the pump pick-ups going dry.

First time I pulled the tank was because fuel pressure was dropping under boost, soon as I pulled the bucket out I found some of the fuel hose had burst, also the joint feed line after the 'T' had a inch long split in it right where it joined the barb fitting....

Thought that would solve the problem but it didn't so next time around just put in two bigger pumps...

Twin "Walboro" 340's (Walboro 255's that were modified by a local company)

Fuel pressure's back up to normal and goes up with boost.

Did you ever get a battery cutoff switch installed? I used that flaming river switch 1fastbrinck posted awhile back and I like it.

Yup, it's on there and it works great! I use it all the time oddly enough.

Not my intake, but he did the fuel crossover like mine, even after everyone was giving me a hard time about it. Works great though

What other way is there to do it?? I did the same on mine lol.. No sense in doing the parallel setup on that intake cause there would be fuel lines everywhere.
