As long as its bolted down well, it should pass tech with no problem. They are only concerned about debris and stuff that can move around in the bed.

 

Every track Ive been to, you have to have any cargo bolted down. I had a cooler ratchet strapped down they made me take it out.

 

You guys give our track too much credit. I have never once been asked if I had any safety equipment or anything...only thing ive been told is I needed a helmet that one time. Hell we have snowmobiles and 4wheelers race all the time.

 

Sounds like our local tracks, as long as you dont look obviously fast there are no worries hahaha. Different story once they see your times though.

When I lived in AL I went to the one over near Hunstville. The guy running the tree laughed when I purged the nitrous, then I was later told he jumped when my truck hopped sideways on a 4hi launch. He didnt laugh anymore when I purged at the line
