eh, maybe tomorrow

Im almost done...have the intake bolted up and tested the fuel stuff up to 100psi without any leaks so thats good to go...turbo and exhaust is finished, mainly just wiring and tuning left.

My new intercooler and intake pipes will be here friday....not sure if I want to chance it to put it on for the meet.

If you get a chance, snap some pics of the whole truck with the drag radials on it. I'm really considering doing the staggered thing too, I really need some traction. What's the suspension setup on that thing now? Any plans as far as that goes?

That's what I did to mine also, my 285/60/18's are still 31" tall and fit about right in the wheel well. I'd like to go a little shorter with the tire, so I might add a 1 or 2" shackle in the rear and let the tbars down the rest of the way. I don't want to go too low, just want some better tire options without leaving the wheel wells empty.

I wanted something closer to a 30" but finding that tire in a 17" rim with 2 different widths is impossible.

trans cooler:

new 4" intercooler:

Got the truck working and driving around, but its so damn loud with the open downpipe right after the wastegate it sounds like its going to vibrate my truck apart. I literally cannot hear anything after driving it, it sounds like its trying to destroy your soul through your ears. The windshield is so dirty from the truck not moving in 6 months that I literally could not see in front of me.

Good news is everything seems to be working, just have a lot of tuning to do. I can feel the potential of this thing just putting around, its going to be a beast.

I have a lot of issues to work on though:

-might want to add an oil cooler. My oil temp gauge shows nearly 250 after 10 minutes of easy driving.
-my instrument cluster doesnt work except for oil pressure and battery voltage. Not sure if its a dead cluster or the wiring is screwed...
-need to vent my gas tank...pump keeps clicking off after a few seconds, hmm....
-need to get new rear shocks
-need to get an exhaust. badly.
and im sure I could think up 10 more things, but it does work

and heres a vid just so you dont think im joking
