For people wondering how heavy transmissions are...
4l60e with stock torque converter:

np261 transfercase:

4l80e with yank torque converter:

Lot of progress....got the engine, trans, and tcase in and am ordering my driveshaft tomorrow

yea, this is how you do it

when you have to balance the trans between two jackstands to put in that block of wood gets a bit hairy if you dont have it perfectly balanced
the yank converter went in with the first try....they mustve changed the design or something because it was a huge pain to get my PI 80e converter to fit last time, but the yank took like 20 seconds.
