Yea probably. I need to play with the boost compensation feature on my controller to keep it from falling off up top so fast.

Neal Chance and Protorque are both big names in the big-power cars (2000hp ish), but not sure how they would work on street vehicles...havent heard of coan.

Well the design of the pipes is going to keep it at at least 18ish, but when trying to add more than that, with 20psi on top of the gate it was 23.5 at 5700 and to 20 by 6200. Ive since put both springs in the wastegate, which should give me more control.

Does your boost controller use a tach input for correction?

every street vehicle with a lockup converter from ptc i know has had to send it back or dealt with an issue. they are great on race cars, but a 5000lb truck making 1000hp needs someone who specializes in lu converters or go non lu. you may get lucky, but no one i know has yet.

i like my lock converter, zero problems. im not making 1000hp or have a 408. but my lil 5.3 is locking up @ 19 psi and it loads the turbo up and i get 21psi once locked up. and it feels pretty frucking AWESOME! i would vote for a yank billet multi disk. i know jarrett is running one, and he makes a few ponies with his stock 6.0 lol
