nah.... I mean bring it, as in... bring a dustpan and broom to clean up after yourself after the 1/8 mile... and also, the broom to run out small animals who have built a home in that dormant hunk of a truck in the past couple years... lol...pigeons like to build homes in things that dont move much...

No particular reason other than price... KB is setting me up with an intercooled kit for considerably less. I don't believe there's any quality difference either... Plus the MP-T70 is proven with this displacement, and slightly larger...
I'm not in any way saying Trick's kit is not worth the money or its not a great setup... But why spend more when you can get basically the identical kit for less... Plus a bigger intercooler, and custom built piping etc etc... It just makes sense to me.

Probable gona go with a .96 since he wants to use this setup on the next (bigger) motor he builds for it. If it's too laggy, can always swap it for a smaller one, there not to much $$$.

I have no doubt i'll love it... I just need to get going on the rest of my setup and change some things.... gears, converter, and cam most of all...
plus, everything will be getting coated prior to being put on the truck... hot side in ceramic, and cold side with powdercoating...
this motor wont be in the truck long either I'd venture to say... I'll most likely be going with an iron 5.7 early next year...

Well the first change will be underway shortly... My room mate wants 4.10's for his Z-71... And I want 3.73s for mine. So, we are just going to swap entire rearends. He will just do the fronts and be in buisness. It has a G80 now but will be changed for a true-trac. The rear he is getting has a yukon locker and axles... So he will be giving me a couple hundo for the rear, so thatll cover my diff swap. I think its a good trade... Plus his rear has less miles.
