I keep trying to hide from myself the fact that theres a converter and cam swap looming on the horizon... not too pumped about that since I dont have access to my shop and lift anymore, I know plenty of people have done them on the ground but I'd rather not...
Trans work on the ground isn't TOO bad if you get the truck up as high as possible on jackstands and use a creeper and a good tranny jack.

ive got a method of getting the truck plenty far off the ground thats pretty damn redneck but works like a charm, doesnt involve pumping a fokking jack for 20 min, and is fun to watch LOL

I put my reciever in my hidden hitch (ball facing down) hook a 8ft nylon choker (tow strap) to the hitch, then to the bucket on my front end loader, then i can pick it up on the front wheels just as high as the hydraulics will let me then I block the back up with wheels/tires I have stacked behind my shop... yes, its redneck, yes, its fun... bad thing is, it only works on the back. and my truck doesnt like ramps either...

That works... We used a forklift on my reciever hitch at my buddys shop to lift the back tires off the ground so we could put the Eaton in.. Worked great! just sit down and work at arm level..

Well I solved my fuel pressure sending unit problem. It turned out quite nice if I do say so myself.

Also, fought and beat my head on this damn steering column pod for an hour yesterday thinking the stock cover had to come off... Broke a clip, tore my shifter boot... Only to figure out that the autometer pod just sits on top of the stocker and fastens with two sided tape... I'm a retard lmao. I'd much rather be working under the hood with big crap than doing little tedious stuff like guages...

Injector plugs also showed up yesterday. Thanks BC for the MSD P/N. Its going to make it easy.

Spoke to kyle yesterday and everything should be back on track after the shipping FUBAR... I told him not to get in a big rush. I still have plenty to on my end... He should be making more progress when he gets the materials. I'm shure he'll post up some pics.
