Great, guess I will be using Parish's way, 3/8 drill bit and drill, a piece of wood, a chisel, and a hammer!

Honestly, from they way Parish described it, his way sounds faster as well. It took me about an 1 1/2 to get the bushings out

Installing the 1500 springs on my 2500HD.
Caltracs are coming off.
Polyurethane bushings are going in the 1500 leaf pack.
Velvet Ride shackles going back on.

well, I have my M&H's. I'm hoping for more weight transfer, and that those two things will get me the traction I need. And a ladder bar or traction bar for wheel hop.

Sounds like you have it figured out. I hope it works out for you.
I sure hope I don't get as annoyed as you are with the Caltracs. I get pretty annoyed by noises while driving.
