I was trying to figure out how to mount the Canton intercooler tank yesterday, spent the better part of the day modifying a factory auxiliary mounted battery bracket so the tank fits with no interference with the hood while maintaining full access to the drain valve and A/C connection........ rest assured, there is plenty of work being done; although I do appreciate your excitement

I think there's a good lesson to be learned here though.......mainly that things take longer than you anticipate.

dexcool really seems to leave a lot of deposits in the cooling system, everywhere, the ID of the rubber hoses, overflow tanks, inside the radiator, pretty-much anywhere it flows. So far I have replaced everything besides the heater core and heater hoses. I will probably run this setup for a few miles and drain/strain the Evans coolant, then put it back in or replace it all-together........

makes me not want to put it into the intercooler system.....hmm

If you are not worried about freeze protection than run distilled water/water wetter for the intercooler.
