got to work on it some more tonight, gapped & installed some TR6 spark plugs, installed the stock coil brackets/coils, and installed some misc accessory pcs; also ran into a few issues I need to resolve:

tools to install power steering pulley:

First I cleaned out the 3/8-16 threads on the power steering shaft:

correct power steering install tool:

unfortunetly the bore diameter is larger on the stock pulley than the ATI so I will need to address this. Either ATI has a truck specific center piece or I will need to machine their piece to match the bore ID of the stock pulley, easy fix in either case:

test fitted some of the 8 rib stuff.
One issue I ran into is; my truck was equipped with the newer LS2 style truck water pump. The H/V Evan's unit is the old style truck water pump. If I want to run Magnusons latest accessory bracket I will need to clearance the backside of the bracket to get it to fit, otherwise the older bracket works just fine.

Here are some mock up pics:

so far all the 8 rib stuff is lining up perfectly, only need the power steering pulley and blower pulleys to finalize the fit (this is where you hope everything was machined correctly):

Grippy,
It's all looking really good. I'm so happy that "Brains" found this lost thread. He's a great guy and does an excellent job of keeping Performance-trucks.net and LS1Tech.com going.
