Atleast the pan is easy to pull.. If the ls7's are collapsing.. Dunno whether to run the caddys or if I should just get my wallet out and run lunati link bars at 770 a set.. I just hope the lifter didn't spin and take the cam out.. I've never seen that happen so I'm hoping this isn't the first

Those caddy lifters seem like a decent upgrade.

Which springs do you have? My lifters have no problem with duals. In fact, driver bank is LS7s and passenger bank is stock 2002 lifters. haha. Love this stock junk. Tough as nails.

I think I've narrowed it down to valvetrain and I'm gonna pull the valve covers and see what's up..

Went to a couple friends with the truck on the trailer and got some new eyes on it.. We all agreed it was on the drivers side and valvetrain related and I took it home and tore into it.. Didn't take very long to find it, luckily caught it early #6 intake rocker was loose and it had a couple burrs on the stand because it was one off the offset ones.. I took the remaining rockers off and pulled the stand off and deburred the damaged pedestal and re installed.. It all seems to be ok.. I caught it early and fixed it I'll probly buy a new stand although it's not really needed, I'm kicking my self pretty bad because I let the new shop hand do that side I watched him use the torque wrench but I didn't go back and check his work.. Oh well it was an easy fix I'll just have to give him hell about it.. I'm gonna get it on the Dyno do a 4 wheel alignment, set up the suspension and probly buy a set of axles for it and put my new diff cover, 4.10 gears in.. That 4k t brake launch is gonna be kinda harsh on that ten bolt..

Glad it was something simple. When does the blower go on it?
