Any one know where I can buy the o ring style gaskets that go on the trick crossover pipe? And about how many feet do you need of header wrap for the crossover and manifold?

I need to find a exhaust turn down that is a 3.5od that I can weld onto the muffler. Everything seems to be 3.5id. Having a tough time finding it.

Ordered everything for my exhaust and oil and tranny lines today.

The rear feeds through a Support. If you don't direct the fluid all the way through the support, it will cross leak losing pressure and burn the unit up.

Rather quickly from what I have seen/heard right hear on the forum's by people that have used the wrong fitting.

Am I boring you guys?

Trying to figure out a fuel system. It is one of the last things I have to figure out before she is ready to fire. I have enough engine and turbo to hit 20lbs of boost I believe. Maybe I am wrong. I want it to be reliable 700-800 hp though. Still planning on e85 unless you guys can convince me otherwise.

Heres my plans. (keep in mind I do not know what I am doing) Please give suggestions. I have a 2003 tahoe fuel tank.

Walbro 450 in tank
2nd external pump with a rear sump on hobbs switch. I don't know which pump
-8an -8an to a y and -10an feed
-8an return
Aeromotive regulator
Aftermarket rails (Recommendations?)
127lb FIC injectors

Any thoughts?

I think your thread has run its course. JK

You'll need twin pumps to get to 800rwhp on E85. Ask me how I know. I'm getting ready to do my fuel system and so far I'm running -10 feed wyed to dual -8 through the fuel rails, then -6 return out of the regulator. I'm building a dual walbro 450 set up in the stock 04+ tank. I'll probably be running ID1300s on pump E85. Should be good for at least 800rwhp
