when you get your DP in check the fit on the fire wall, mine seems to be hitting like half way down where there's a pinch weld. it's not hurting anything just annoying because you can here it in the cab and the passenger can feel in through the floorboard

when I do gaskets and studs this winter I'll take care of it, few hits with the ballpeen should do the trick
Well I couldn't ever find a t4 gasket in my kit so I will have to either find one locally or order one while I'm out of town this week. I just need to mount the turbo, downpipe, intercooler, and cold side. So once the intercooler is mounted, it should be a cake walk. I was going to try and start it last night without an intercooler but remembered I didn't have a gasket for the turbo

I probably won't have time to work on it today so I will have to finish up this install next weekend.

fuel press regulator mounted to firewall is a no no regarding track tech. Not sure if your worried about that though. Just a heads up..........nice work.

I would highly suggest running the dust cover for the trans.

Adds a lot of support for the trans to the engine and will keep the heat of the crossover off the converter.

A 45 degree fitting would be perfect.

Yea this definitely isn't a track truck but when the time comes, I will move it. Probably when I get fuel rails and swap in a -8 feed.

Today I had a few hours and pretty much buttoned it up except for the damn turbo gasket.. I went all week and forgot to order one. So I guess this week I will get a gasket and be done. Just need to run some vacuum lines and put the boost gauge in.
