Glad to see you like the injectors. I have heard mix reviews from them. Should have the manifold back on today and truck running again. Once I get the turbo kit, it should be a pretty fast swap. Hopefully I can do it in a weekend.

Great thread so far. I've been out of the truck scene for a while, but i've got a buddy that's wanting me to help him build a turbo sierra for a customer of his. looking forward to see how this all goes together with the new turbo setup. Good luck!

Thanks bud!

Me too man. Should turn out pretty good.
Alright guys, so I started a second job this week and haven't been in town. Rick shipped the kit either yesterday or today so it will be here soon. I just need to pull the headers out and relocate my trans cooler and it should be ready to install the kit. I've got the 3 bar map and OS in the truck and running. I couldn't really get any fuel tuning done with open headers. Readings are too sporadic.
Anyways, I went with the S475 83mm 90a/r so it should make for a fun street set up. Install pics to come
Quick question for you turbo guys... Did you wrap your drivers side exhaust manifold in heat wrap or just the turbo hot pipes? Not sure if it is necessary to wrap that manifold or can I just paint it?
