Wow, a driveway long enough to get up to at least 70 mph.

My driveway is 1/8m

I would never do that on the street.

So you didn't plan ahead enough for a shut down area at the end? Is it concrete? I could see me getting in trouble for marking up the concrete if I had a drive like that. Truck sounds awesome! I'm getting pretty excited about doing my 1900 and cam soon.

There maybe some sarcasm in that post guys. But my driveway is right around 1/8m, I live in the country.

Well I put the 2.6” on and have been working on the tune, it’s strong. I am seeing right around 18psi. The Holley 105 and 5” intake are working great, I’ve had it to 6700rpm@18psi and solid boost no signs inlet restriction now. That’s as high as I’ll spin it with the 2.6” as I don’t want to spin the blower any faster. 6700 actually feels about right for the 2.6, when I had the 2.8 on I had it to 6950 and it felt close to peak.

On another note, been chasing another issue. My trans temp gauge quit working in my cluster so I need to get that fixed. I swapped the stepper motor but it’s still not working. I can make it do a gauge sweep with a tech2 but it won’t read. I think something on the board is messed up. Gonna swap in another cluster to see.

If the gauge sweeps with the tech 2 the issue is not the gauge. It's either a loose pin or the internal sensor on the trans.

BTW, I ******* hate this mobile version!!!

Already checked the sensor, swapped another harness to vehicle harness and heated fluid sensor with heat gun and scanner shows temp but gauge doesn’t move.

18 pounds must feel great. You have that Maggie putting in some work!

Are you experiencing any belt slip?
