So 18psi is around the max the 2300 will push?

 

On my motor it is. On a smaller motor with less cam it would do more.

I lost 1psi from the LQ4 and cam combo to this.

 

Truck sounds great and looks good under the hood.

I have a desire to have a single cab street truck with a 2300 or a big whipple on it.

 

Nothing new to report at this time, gonna get 500m on it before I either run the 2.6 pulley or spin it to 7k. It's very responsive and runs strong.

How much airflow (or hp) does that blower max out at?

 

Couple weeks ago I took it to 6900 rpm, and my 4” intake needed help ( which I figured). So I started work on the new intake. New 5” intake is done, hope to test it out tomorrow. I already did a MOC test fit and run a couple weeks ago and 5” is what it needs but now I have the final version done.

After I mocked it up my buddy volunteered to smooth it and finish it so I let him. I was gonna do it but he is awesome with this stuff so it was too hard to resist knowing how good he is. I really like the finished product.

 

Very nice setup!!! Are you running 2 meth nozzles under that 5 inch pipe? If so, what kind of setup?

Yes two nozzles, 1x 10gph and 1x 7gph
AlkyControl kit and I run Devils own nozzles.
