Another small update. Got my oil leaks fixed, wrapped my a/c line and manifold, and swapped some new plugs in. Just trying to get some driving miles on it now, and line the bugs out. Going to try to get my crankcase ventilation setup this week and hopefully get some non boost tuning done this weekend. Fuel system and wot tuning will be after that. That's my plans at least

Also took a pic of my gauges. I got this pillar pod from a buddy that had a bunch of gauges I didn't need in it. Bottom is my wideband, middle is boost, and top is oil temp in Celsius. That's right, CELSIUS. Its not hooked up. I just left it in there. Who the hell buys an oil temp gauge in Celsius?

Doing a little tuning tonight. Had to tip into boost just to get a feel. Looks like my ole 31lb injectors will be pegged out before 4500rpms Fuel system will come soon.

I'm also not getting my commanded timing. I'm commanding 16-17 degrees in the area I hit on that screenshot. I'll have to do some more logging tomorrow. MAF needs calibrate, etc...

The spring in the gate should be the 4lb spring, but it jumped up to around 6 in that screenshot. I dont really know if it was a spike or what. Hell it might have not even been spooled fully. I just hit it real quick and let off. Didn't want to push my luck. I'll have to look at that.

Done a little tuning here lately. Injector duty cycle hits 90% at 4500 with my current setup. So, I just set my shifts at 4500 and my rev limiter at 4600. Been boosting it a little. Here a video of a quick spool on it. Fuel system to come soon!

Ordered some siemens deka 80s and a 3 bar map sensor Fuel system to come soon!

Also, I have thought about making a complete parts list if anyone is interested. I should have less than 1500 in the turbo kit, and less than 500 in the fuel system all said and done.

Walbro 400, deka 80s, 3 bar map, ev6 pig tails

Got the 400 in, but forgot the safety clip on the inside of the pump bucket. Where it hold the connector to the bulkhead on the top. I'll have to fix it tomorrow.

Nice build man. A quick tip on Celsius that will help you at least use your gauge- From C to F, double it and add 30. So 25C would be 80F (25x2 = 50 +30=80). It's not 100% accurate and I think it is less accurate the further away from 0. I have to use this all the time flying and it works!

Found this funny. When I bought my truck, the owner (small car dealer) went out of his way to tell me how an old man owned my truck its whole life. It had window tint and an aftermarket radio, which I called him on it. I didn't really care, but he wanted to tell me about how well this old man took care of my truck. Anyways I noticed an amp wire under the carpet the other day and decided to go digging today. This is what I came out with.

All kinds of stereo wiring! Hahaha maybe I'll make a fuel pump hotwire kit out of some of it lol. A solid 5lb weight reduction if not
