Ive got a few things I'm not happy with. One of them is the oil drain. I have my drail tapped into the pan behind the a/c compressor. I bought a 5/8 hose barb flange for my turbo and it fits terrible. The oil line is all up on everything. I figure it will burn in no time. I may just run a 10an braided line. I have the flanges for it, I would just have to order a line. Here's a pic if anyone wants to give suggestions.

The flange fits like

My routing rubbing on everything.

I'm also a little worried about my clearance for my wastegate, the best pic I could get. Its above the trans crossmember, but I still dont like it.

Thanks bud. Ive learned a lot with this project. The pie cuts were a nightmare. I spent more on cutting disc then I would have mandrels.

Big update. Got the intercooler mounted and all my cold side plumbed. This is the only picture I got. I got busy working and didn't think to snap any.

Got to do my first startup. I still got some bugs to work out. Got to wire in my wideband, fix some exhaust leaks, redo my oil line, etc... Mostly nit picky stuff. I'll try to get an idle vid and some finished pics tomorrow. Super excited right now.

Drove the truck for the first time today! Also took an idle clip even though it was dark.

Turbo sierra idle. Cammed lq4 - YouTube

This damn thing gets hot under the hood. Ive got a turbo blanket shipped. Hopefully that will drop the temps some under there. How hot is a turbo truck supposed to be under the hood? Also, have a small oil leak at the drain flange or line. I'll have to check that out later.
