Just a random memory of you asking about this. Truck was maybe ¼" from bumb stops. Looked at the bushings and they were just a little squished but now that trailer is off, back to normal.

Nice fab work but I am curious to see the entire system though. I am not quite piecing together how it is going to work with the parts I see in the pics.

Drool.

Wish I had a daily so I could drop the truck off and let you do some building on her.

Ya, I'll be getting there eventually. The top link will be a bag on bar design. I did that to try and help it not ride like a dually but still keep some load capacity. I will cut off leaf spring mounts and weld on new tabs. My traction bars amd frame mounts will be similar but upgraded from aluminum to chromoly. Lastly a panhard bar.

hahaha, I move too slow for most people. I still have a lot to do to my project. Phase 1, complete fab and powder coat. Phase 2, install and run shrader valves. Phase 3 install tank, compressors, level sensors, wiring and hard line.

But as mentioned, I will no longer need my aluminum traction bars and mounts...
