You have to add it into your primary table.

I added all 5 of the TCC parameters, trans. output shaft RPM, Trans. Turbine RPM and Downshift Solenoid 3-2, made a really good log for about 30 mins. that included City Driving, 0 - 100, 55 - 100 and few of those 40 roll accelerations where I thought it was slipping. AND, on my way home, some young kid in a Nissan Titan V8 tried to race me and I totally smoked him!

BUT, here's the best part...I got home and looked over the new config. file I made and none of the parameters saved properly!!! I did finally get it figured out and made a new config. with all the above mentioned and made sure everything saved this time. We're supposed to get snow tomorrow so looks like I'll have to wait till the weather gets nice again to make another log file...

Had some nicer weather this afternoon and this time have all the TCC and a few more Trans. parameters added. I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look and let me know if everything checks out ok or if something's wrong. Thanks!

I dont see anything abnormal, you need a couple good pulls from a dead stop going WO. You have allot of on and off the gas in that log.

I forget what converter you have but when you add allot of boost I predict it is going to stall allot higher with the added power. The converter looks efficient on top end which is good.

Thanks for checking that out so quickly. It's a Circle D 258mm multi disk. In that log there is one run from a dead stop to around 100. Also, the reason I was doing the on/off with the gas was because I was noticing the converter locks and unlocks even if I slightly let off the throttle. Also, it is locked at WOT where you said it shouldn't be - at least when the blower goes on, right now is okay I guess?

Where is it stalling at right now? Zippy told me the stall speed has increased from around 2500 to between 3 - 3300.

Zippy can fix the unlock issue when you let off the throttle. That issue was addressed a couple years ago.

Ok, thanks. I spoke to him last week about the unpleasant city driving but at that time, I was unaware that the converter was unlocking when I let off and re-locks when I accelerate - he told me that was the way the multi-disks engage and didn't say anything about fixing it. Since you say that issue has been addressed, what exactly should I tell him I want him to do to the re-tune?

HPT added a table to keep the converter from unlocking when you let off the gas. It's in the transmission section of the tune. Yes I seen it locking at WO but I already spoke my piece on that so no sense beating a dead horse. For now it won't hurt it, with a blower I would change that.

Awesome, thanks! I know it will drive MUCH better with that addressed and fixed.

In that log there is more than one 40 roll to WOT I made specifically bc I thought the truck doesn't accelerate like it should (especially when the Rpms jump up to around 6k). Can you tell if the trans. Is slipping there, a problem with the converter or normal and my judgement is just incorrect?

What frame are you refering too? Find where and look at the bottom of screen for the frame number. I seen the rolls but would like to see some dead stop pulls for more info.
