Default Ls6 5.7/T-56 swap 04 Silverado RST

Alright, so i have a 2002 spec Ls6 5.7 with 243 heads (405hp) im running Ls1 intake though so I lost a little there. Motor has Ross forged pistons, CompCam 224/230 113 Lsa .581 .598 lift, Comp 918 Behive springs, balanced crank, and pretty much everything ARP, using truck oil pan, and truck accessories, using ls1 water pump with 3/4 spacers. Tranny is out of 02 WS6 with a Keisler front shift conversion kit installed. With the front shift conversion it sits about 3" back from where the stock 5 spd set so i get to keep my jupmseat. Bolted right up with my tranny x-member, driveshaft had to be shortened 3" from 61" down to 58" and had to swap yolks. I had to make a custom hydraulic line bc the connectors are different between the 5 spd and 6 spd. Cut both conector ends off of hydraulic line that went into tranny off of the truck line and f-body line and had a hydraulic /hose shop crimp on the f-body connector onto the truck line. Has stock 3.73's with G80, looking into Eaton Detroit TrueTrac locker. Also have Hooker Super Competition Lt's ready to installl once the electrical gets done. Still debating on what kinda exhaust to run after the headers though. Hope u guys like my setup so far, ill post more pics and vids once i get her all done.

sweet. that truck gonna be fun with that 6 speed. does the tranny already have a shirt throw shifter? what size tires are you running. you can probably get away with a 4.56 rear gear, your tires look like 31ish inches.

I am really enjoying the Mustangs around my area after installing my LS1/LS6 hybrid engine...and its not even tuned yet. Have been trolling the local Mustang forums and will be visiting the GTG coming up

Got wiring, everything done and installed.. Went to start, starter just clicks??!! Replaced battery, starter, and altenator still just clicks.. Up top at battery has 12.2 volts down low starter is only getting 11.4 volts. When I tried jump starting it with another truck it will crank over twice every time then clicking again... I've went over all wiring and grounds and everything is where it's supposed to be and all connectors look good??!! I'm baffled at what it could be, where am I losing almost 1 volt power
