I'll be ordering the rods next week, compstar 6.125, than ill save up for the pistons. Diamond 4.030 with -15 cc dish.

I see most here use Diamonds. I haven't had experience with them. Maybe look in the projects section and see what everyone uses.

Diamond, weisco, JP, CP, manley, etc., they are all good for your power level

As long as your tune is good and there isnt detonation, and you arent spinning it to the moon, the pistons will be fine. Knock and heat destroy pistons, both of which are all in the tuning.

Futral motorsports will be doing the tuning.

Iv also decided in favor of a 80e, I'm sending my built 60e back and a 80e core to be built. I'm waiting to sell my new yank converter, and give circle d a try, iv read good things about them

Putting more thought into the heads/intake combo. I'd love to have the holley ls hi RAM intake manifold sitting on top some l92 heads. Comes with the fuel rails also.
