Yea....smoke coming from under the hood, I pull over immediately into some pizze restraurant, pop the hood, oil is everywhere and the dipstick is out. I guess that single breather isnt enough. I turn off the truck, wait about 20 seconds, one of the AC lines melts and freon goes everywhere in a big cloud of toxic mist and the turbo blanket catches on fire. Ill go ahead and tell you that you move pretty damn fast when your **** is on fire. I run in to the pizza place shouting for their fire extinguisher, but I see it before they realize what im saying so I just grab it and run outside. Fire lasted maybe 30 seconds I guess...

Do you have a check valve between the manifold and catch can? Or at least a check valve between the catch can and valve cover? If not, the turbo's boost is pressurizing the crankcase and blowing the dipstick, and oil, out of the diptisck tube. This is the most logical explanation I can come up with based on your pic, plus your WOT video showing your oil pressure was PEGGED.
