I have a press too with an air jack, I just dont want to crush the pump. Im really not sure why im having such problems with the ps pulleys.
Corey can you measure the inside diameter on the backside of the pulley between the edges? And also the distance from the back bearing face to the edge of the pulley?

Thats the backside, right? What about from the center to the inside of those lands on each of the spokes?
Tried using the press to take off the pulley from the old pump just for ***** and giggles and it warped the hell out of the pulley without bugding on the shaft, so its safe to say that thing is never coming off and so the whole thing is toast now.
I may have bent the accessory bracket trying to press on the IW hub so im not sure if its lined up right or not. Also may need to pin it since I took off some material on the hub so I could seat the damn thing. Also need to bring the blower pulley out about 2 ribs to line up with the crank pulley. This wasnt supposed to be this much work

No I need to space the pulley on the right inward (pics on previous page). Or really I just need one with a big enough diameter to sit flush on the face and clear the rest of the bracket. I am going to need to space the blower pulley out maybe 1/4". It came with a little spacer but its not enough.
