I had South Florida Pulley HQ do mine for the KB. I think they actually contract the machine work out to ASP in Texas though so you could probably go directly thru them. Price was acceptable but took a quite a few weeks for design and machining. I sent them a spare 6-rib pulley and they took it from there. I will have to go that route again when I decide to drop down to a 3" and max the 2.8L out. I did call a few other places such as Pulley Boys and Billet Flow but they were a bit difficult to deal with and didn't seem to care about my one-off pulley.

So I got my intake pipe...or not, the package showed up and its a blue womans dress! Big ol girl too I suppose thats what I get for ordering it straight from china...maybe they will send me another one...I really know what she said when she opened a box and got a metal pipe instead of her dress
I also got the AC charged and everything appears to be working ok! Kinda surprised really, I fully expect it to fail at the worst possible time.
