I'd suggest the braces. Then the front end will be as bulletproof as possible.

Looks awesome.

Come down and finish doing mine for me. I seem to have lost interest after getting the motor bolted down and transmission bolted up 2 weeks ago.

I forgot when I did what...but since the engine last ran, its a new crank, new block, gas ports on the pistons, new lifters, new cam, bigger turbo oil feed, new oil cooler, coilover conversion, heim tie rods...I think thats it.

Yea, the Tooley SLR lifters. They look pretty good. I dont have the turbo to spin 6500+ so I wasnt about to drop a grand on link lifters. Did get new trays and headgaskets though...

Very nice. I was going to run those when doing my rebuild. Did you run the same preload as the LS7 lifters?
