Glad you joined Marcus! It was nice meeting you!

Well I made some changes besides the fender exhaust. I took off the drag radials and found some stock size BFG all terrains on craiglist for $100 (drag radials are for sale btw). Decided to get a second set of shoes for the track...

First time ever on slicks...started out with 20psi tire pressure which was probably too much, then lowered it down to 18. Probably should have gone to 15 but was worried about doing the slick dance on the big end. I didnt have that problem so next time will be lower.

Good news is the slowest time I ran all night was 6.21@113. I almost got my goal of 5.999, but just missed with a 6.05@115. Maybe next time. The turbo is maxed out for sure; doesnt make any more trap speed at 25psi as it does at 21psi, but adding 2 degrees added 2-3mph to my speed so I was running 18 degrees. This is with a lot of meth and some c16 mixed in.

Best 60ft was a 1.37 but I need to reconnect my line lock so I can do a good burnout, and it would be nice if I could figure out someway to do that on the front. The suspension needs a little work, you can tell in the video the front end rises a bit too quickly, or quicker than I like anyway.

The fender exhaust makes the turbo a lot more responsive. I was pretty surprised because I thought the 5" cutout underneath was pretty free flowing but there is definitely a difference in how fast the turbo spools up. Aside from that, its obnoxiously loud and really annoying.

Anyway, almost there! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMcT...ature=youtu.be

Pretty violent actually The laptop basically slides all the way back and the strap holding it down basically just catches the screen.

If I can keep the front end down I think it will go low 1.3x. Tire pressures are above; started at 20 then went down to 18, I think Ill try 15 next time.

On another note, I think the front diff is about tired of my ****, small leak underneath it this morning. Oh well, I plan to beat it until it explodes anyway. I think I left out some needle bearings last time I took it apart actually.

If you can't keep the front end down with straps.....well you know what that means.

Nice run there. Still in 4WD?

Since you have slicks, do you think trying 2WD will improve your ET?
