Nope, took the filter off as soon as I get to the track

Just for fun I got into boost (4-5psi at 4000rpm ish) with it on and its off the scale rich so it does in fact choke the hell out of the turbo

Got a wild hair in me and decided to take it to the dyno on the street tune, didnt do too bad, but managed to break some parts

Yep...broken right at the hub, never seen that one before. You can see it in the video at the beginning of the pull (notice the sparks which is the pulley spinning on the frame crossmember).

Oh and the dyno results...I dont put a ton of usefulness on the numbers exactly since the dyno loads it much different than the street. A little disappointed I couldnt keep boost in it like I wanted to, but the torque number sure says a lot. Boost feel from 25psi down to about 21psi at the end of the run. Pump 93 gas with some c16 in the tank and spraying a lot of meth. Roughly 18-19 degrees of timing. I replaced the pulley at the dyno shop and drove it home.

I think some diesel guys would be jealous of that torque number

1000hp/1100tq is why this is my favorite truck on the site. Awesome numbers man!

So you run 25psi on the street/track?

Yea well 27psi would be about perfect for the turbo but thats also where the 3 bar map ends so thats a thin line i dont want to cross. Hard to dial in the controller so it doesnt spike but yet gives me the boost i want. Boost stays more stable on the street around 25psi compared to the dyno. Turbo should be done around 1150 or so which sounds about right. Little fella is making some sauce!

Wow. Nice work. I guess you will be needing that key'ed balancer now, or are you going with something aftermarket like an ATI?

Well the shop had a stock spare they let me have so I swapped them with it still straped on the dyno. I dont want an underdrive pulley and all the aftermarket truck ones I have seen are underdrive. I am not sure what caused this and think it may just have been a casting defect. Not like I am spinning super high or driving a supercharger.

Was able to pull it off by hand after I got the bolt out, but the snout looked fine so I dont think it spun.

that turbo lights off quick!!!!! time for a bigger one... haha

call ATI, they should have something that will work for you. but it might be a few bucks!

did you make another pull after you put the pulley back on? it would be interesting to see how much the accessories draw...

Nah after I got it repaired I went home. Figured my luck was up for the day. I did a pull before at around 22psi and the numbers were 900/900ish, but it came in a lot slower so the torque was already past the engine peak VE.
