Clutch came in and it seems a little more aggressive than the description sounded. Maybe it's just the orange paint.

Also kinda interesting Atomic pointed out I was on a 2 Bar map sensor on the old setup. Yet I saw 16psi regularly and up to 19psi with ice win the box and a fresh belt. AFR never seemed to lean out at high boost and the truck felt normal.

So many little issues have arose since the 6.0 swap most of them self inflicted due to rushing or just not knowing. The newest is the Walbro 450 I Installed 2 years ago taking a crap. Started the truck and was sitting idling while I pulled up my GPS. Suddenly it started to run rough and shut off. Fuel pump never came back on. Tried hot wiring it through the fuse box and got nothing. Drug it to a buddies lumber yard so I could use the forklift over the weekend to pull the bed. Got the pump out and will bench test it tonight but I had power going directly to the bucket. Only other possibility is the intake connector is bad which is doubtful. Got a new 450 coming tuesday.

Tahoe playing support truck as usual.

HD front end on the Hoe looks great.

Do you have any more pics of the traction bars? Interested in how you mounted everything.

If the pump is still running the hose inside the tank probably failed.

Thank you. I will take some pics for you tomorrow. Basically had a crossmember made for it to mount to and the axle bracket is welded to the axle tube. Pretty simple setup and works great!

Already pulled the bucket and the gates hose looks great! Very pleased with it actually. Haven't bench tested the pump yet but I was showing no signs of life in the truck. Wouldn't even click on or make a buzzing sound. All else looks good in the tank and bucket.

I feel like 2 years ago everyone loved them now they suck. Hopefully this new one will last long enough for me to be crazy enough to do a wild surge tank.

What's the go to pump now? Has anyone actually come up with a bolt in solution for these trucks? I've seen a lot of promising stuff but no real testing.

Not Sure. There was supposed to be a drop in module from 2 different suppliers. Saw prototypes but haven't seen or heard of a Production unit for sale yet.

Another Vendor was looking into supplying pre built units but not sure what happened with that.

Well that's lame. I'd really like to eventually go back to an OEM bucket with surge tank just don't feel like going through the headache of wiring and fabbing something to cover the tank in the bed. Not to mention the cost. Maybe one day.
