Thanks for the feedback. In any case, that's way down the list.

Interesting, there's an EFI-101 class locally in a few weeks. I'm going to sign up for it.

Dude, stop for a minute, step back, take a breath, and let me tell you exactly what to do. I'm telling you cause I went down this exact road. Scratch your plans for modding the truck. Drive it like it is and enjoy it. More mods down the line, no big deal, just don't get crazy. The moment I read where you were considering putting an iq3 in place of your stock dash, I felt obligated to warn you.

Now, save up a little bit of cash, go buy another truck that is a cheap, no option, v6 deal (or whatever they are these days). Then, do the Gen V swap and mod the **** out of it.

Yeah it's a bit frustrating. The whole episode with my suspension really has gotten to me.
Just trying to get my performance boosted and seeing so many killer builds going on.

My primary problem is I have some "logistical problems" around having a dedicated hot rod/toy. Otherwise I'd be elbow deep in a Factory Five build.

buy a damn 2003 or so high mile truck for dirt cheap, gut it and make it what you want... you can find those in our area for next to nothing.

I'm just saying, I bought my 2006 truck brand new. You know.......the procharged one.

It doesn't even have 20k miles on it yet.
