I was gonna convert over to a dbc tb for round of mods but figured I'd save myself the trouble, at least until I go BS3 and 105mm. So I picked up a 90mm ls3 throttle body off ebay for $200. Now I need to get the x-link. One thing that bothered me though is that I did a little research and discovered that the 09+ls3 tb's (like the one I got) are not interchangable with the 08 and under tb's. I called the guy at torque rush and gave him the part number off this tb and he said it will work. I don't know, we'll have to see.

Also, I'm a little confused about the part #. The part # given on the ebay ad is 12605109. The only numbers I see on this tb are on the bottom and read 089905109__0033A. Is there another number on this thing that I'm missing?

More updates from Madman. Flaming River Straight Arrow Custom Billet Manual Rack & Pinion, Strange Master Cylinder and some welding on the c-notch. I'm getting pretty excited to get this thing back.

 

Just curious...Why the Master cylinder change? I see the line lock solenoid does that have anything to do with it?
