Hey! You started the thread with "retard"...... not me.
Just want to make sure you don't forget again. Its been alot longer than I can remember, so you're probably right about the 10yrs. Super jealous of the TIG! What machine? My only aluminum welding capability is through my MIG with a spool gun and if I made a thread about it, it would start with "retard" too.

TSP 2" F body frame notch gets pretty huge by the time there is no more contact with the frame. With the lower/outer primary sitting 1/2 - 3/4" deep into the hole towards the front, and the upper/outer with about 1/16" clearance to the frame. 3.5" collector does not have the nasty step/crimp as on the 3". Lots of clearance on the driver's side, but the collector is angled toward the frame
