A few updates and new PB

Got some shackles and new u-bolts from Roger and lowered the *** end down a little bit.

Crappy pic, will get better ones once weather gets nicer out again

Also replaced everything with T-Clamps and a few new silicone parts

Oh... and then I find this.... This is the mounting bracket that is facing towards the rear of the truck for the Procharger Intercooler. I don't know how it cracked but it's on both sides. It's still supported by two other bolts and the side that's cracked can't drop down any but still pisses me off. Off to find someone to weld aluminum.

So went and did T/T tonight. Got a new personal best of 13.06 @ 103.22MPH with a 2.079 60'

So.... very close to my 12 second goal and also very close to getting my sub 2 second 60'. It will happen

A few pics from the night

And playing with a new Shelby. Couldn't pull him but gave him a run for his money.

Thanks. I really want to try a set of slicks and launch in 2wd and see what that does.

A stall is really the answer but that won't be for a while. My truck doesn't really come alive till I hit the 60' LOL

Its amazing how quick it is for how stock it is. What size converter are you going to go with? I think Id do that before headers to be honest. Youve got an easy 3 tenths in the 60 which should be half a second on the big end. A 3200ish ought to get it rolling good

I know you likely don't care about it very much, but could you get some fuel mileage numbers before and after you do your converter? That would be my biggest hesitation to doing a higher-stall converter. Also, have you noticed any immediate impact to your efficiency?
