Default 5.3/T-56 RCSB OBS Build

I started this thread over at 67-72chevytrucks.com, heres the original thread. 5.3/4l80e RCSB build - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network
Here's a quick rundown.

The last setup he had in it was a 6.0/4l80e with a on3 76mm. I recently aquired the roller in a trade. My plans are a cammed 5.3 on a 175 shot, decent built 4l80E with a 3600 stall edge converter.

On our way to TX2k15 in Houston

And in its current state. I need to start on the wiring and get the cooling system wrapped up.

That's a good looking truck. It's nice to see someone going the nitrous route.

Thanks. The setup in my car went 7.4 @96 on a stock truck intake, and a junk fogger nozzle on a 150 shot. we tried bigger jets but it didnt change anything, so I'm not sure where it quit flowing. I think it should do a lot better on the 2 stage plate.

I finally got to drive the truck Sunday. It starts off in second and goes straight to 3rd. Im thinking the 1-2 shift solenoid is bad.

Got the shift solenoid changed and got the trans working. Then I decided to get rid of the 80e. I pulled everything and traded it for a t-56 swap. M12 t-56 out of a GTO, Monster Stage 4, and a B&M Ripper.

Got the t56 in for mockup. The shifter clears the bench seat surprisingly.
