I was really hoping to see something other than a turbo here. O'well, it'll be a cool project none the less.

It would be interesting to see what the stock engine will do with just a turbo kit. It might go easy 10's with the stock cam if you can control the vvt. Just shift it at 5-55k and let it grunt..

Could the brackets for one of the newer Hemi cars not bolt up?

i am sure 550 rwhp is very doable even with the crappy pistons they have if timing stays low enough, and let the boost do the buisness.....

nope, totally diffrent....i therew the idea to change all brackets to a car style but everything is on the other side and a/c lines would have to be made and such....

Wait, why would ac lines need to be made? Strip it down, do away with ac and make your own brackets lol

Flaco, yeah the back end looks stout for a stock 1/2 ton one to me too, well since your goin turbo at least there's tons of room between frame rail and engine for piping to run. Do you think the stock 4-link will hook good since it's kinda like a mustang setup. One thing I have noticed with the 4-link is that when it squats down it pushes the axle to the drivers side about an inch, I noticed this when I hooked a camper up to mine. Had me wondering if this would affect it going straight when launching if tons of power was added.
