Hey thanks for the picture's, Much appericated...
Why not just take a cut of wheel to the part of the bolt thats sticking out past the wheel bearing??? Cheap, Fast, and won't affect anything if your care full!!!

At first I didn't catch the top was now a stud. But now that I did, They make narrow Nylock nuts, Or you can use a button head allen screw inplace of the stud. Just use a little locktite for insureance...

Well figured I'd share a couple pics...
Got the driver side done, it's "pretty" smooth, enough for a skim coat of rage and then line-x



Then the passenger side



I ended up finishing it, then started on the stake pockets, shaved.







Oh and I picked up a HD front end for under $300, hood, grill and cap. Pretty sweet deal, so I snagged it.

Got the stake pockets nice and smooth and pretty close to flat, just a little filler, but on the sides I'm on paint and this shows the height from the paint to bare metal. Less than 1/16"
