Sub box is bolted down. But the fun news is I dropped my spare block off at the machine shop to get machined for the 383 stroker!

Small story. When I was growing up I had an 01 dodge diesel that I was building. I tried every 500+hp combo possible and could never crack it. Ended up selling it and never did break it even with a built p-pump and an s475. Still get made fun of for it from my friends.

Anyways, no, it won’t be 500hp. I’m aiming for 425-450hp/tq flywheel. That should be enough to have a good time with it.

@tjmath rock trucks absolutely need 500+ hahaha

Got the garage trim removed and I can finally drive the truck in and out of the garage with only minor scrapeage. But now the transmission doesn’t want to shift unless it’s done manually. Hopefully that’s just the vac line to the modulator falling off.

Tom woods driveshaft and np208 SYE. Offroad Designs spring perches. Gonna do it, do it right. Just wish it wasn’t so dang expensive haha. Now to go out there and yank out the transfer case again. Bleh.

Got the transfer case out and apart. Nothing real bad other than a bunch of silicone bits scattered throughout. Going to do a complete rebuild and new chain as well as the sye. Going to buy a couple of 5gal buckets and a few gallons of simple green and soak and scrub stuff before reassembly.
