Drunk me had the gumption to stick this thing back in last night. Still need to remove the h-pipe, install shafts and linkage, fill it with fluid and see what happens.

Finally in. I’m still going to have to space the transfer case down an inch to get the angles half way decent but at least it’s in. Need to add another clamp to my amp power wire as it’s resting right on the flange now but that’s easy. Need to weld up the h-pipe also until I can get it to a shop.

The inside wall of those meaty BFGs look way to clean, nice shaft too.

They got cleaned driving around during the snow storm. Sadly it hasn’t left the garage since then but that’s hopefully going to change this week. Need to lower the t-case, fill it with fluid, cap the h-pipe off, and it’ll be ready for a test drive. I’ll probably get everything but the exhaust done this evening but I’ll get the exhaust out tonight. Wife is starting to get agitated with me ditching our nights on the couch for nights in the shop so I need to wrap this up.

Snow wheeling is an acceptable reason, I've been getting in trouble for shop vs couch nights as well. Nothing cool like this tho

I told her if she’d just be a better wife and take care of the kids more and let me work on it I’ll be done sooner. She didn’t find that as funny as I did haha.

Finally done. As long as it holds fluid all night I’ll be driving it tomorrow. Only took me 7 weeks. Think I’ll call a few shops to do the spring perches. I need a break.

Successful test drive!! Now to slowly work my confidence up in it and drive it farther. Goal is to take it to work Friday which is 50 miles of round trip 80mph roads.
