anxious to see how you like the 78/75 on a 4.8. Is it the billet wheel?

Crossover mock up, 2" or so clearance between pipe and trans

1"~clearance to floor, plenty of room for downpipe

Stuck with the original drivers side flange to manifold

All welded together besides the Vband which connects passenger side to huron manifold. Got that done and it bolts up great.

Turbo Smart BOV flange welded on by a friend. 5 Wire MAF converted to IAT and Flex Fuel Sensor pigtails. ZR1 MAP installed.

Snakeeater Performance 1500s

Flex Sensor, injectors with adapters, rail spacer kit, map sensor with wiring adapter.

turbo feed plate and 5 wire maf harness pulled free. Dont buy IAT/Flex fuel extension harness, plenty of wire already available.

Return rail with SEP 1500s, new regulator.

Rail installed. Needed a 3/4" spacer instead of 1/2"...maybe cause its an 00 rail on an 05 intake??? No idea. But should get the job done.

Flex sensor installed. Not the nicest thing but should work for now.

Move Yellow wire from Green 32 to Blue 56 and Tadah! You got flex!

Looks sweet man. Keep up the good work. I’m doing a 5.3 build but my truck is nnbs and has stock flex. Hoping for 550 wheel but we’ll see. Just curious why go flex fuel? Couldn’t you have installed a walboro or something to support more hp?

Going E85 for higher octane and cooler charge temps so I can raise the boost without using Meth. Its cheaper than race gas. Im putting a Walbro 450 in, should get me to my power goals for now. Thanks man.
